Lisa Wittke-Schaffner, Chair

A lifelong Sonoma County resident, Lisa has dedicated more than three decades to advocacy, public service, and strengthening her community. As CEO of the North Coast Builders Exchange, she champions Member Services, Advocacy and Workforce Development. Lisa spent 20 years in public office, serving on the Healdsburg City Council and the Sonoma County Board of Education. Lisa loves family gatherings, especially now that she has grandkids. Her support of Boys & Girls Clubs started with the Healdsburg Club and she cannot wait to see the new clubhouse and celebrate a new community gem.
Holly Hawkins, Vice Chair

Holly serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Exchange Bank, bringing over 20 years of HR leadership experience across the financial sector, nonprofit organizations, and the wine industry. Her connection to the Boys & Girls Clubs runs deep—both professionally, as a former team member, and personally, as a proud parent of a Windsor Club alum. During her time working at the Club, especially through the challenges of the pandemic, Holly witnessed the powerful impact it has on local youth—providing not just a safe space, but vital resources, support, and opportunity. Now, as a board member, she’s honored to help advance a mission that transforms lives and empowers the next generation to thrive.
James Elliot, Treasurer

James is a lifelong Sonoma County resident who has more than two decades of experience advising high-net-worth individuals and closely held and family-owned businesses. As a Regional Managing Partner at BPM, James plays a strategic role in setting the tone and culture at BPM where giving back and community engagement is part of daily life. James became involved with the Boys & Girls Clubs through his commitment to supporting local youth and strengthening the North Bay community. He is passionate about advancing opportunities for young people and believes strongly in the organization’s mission to provide a safe, supportive environment where every child can reach their full potential.
Matt Jenkins, Secretary

Matt has dedicated over 20 years to public safety and community service, currently serving as the Chief of Police for the City of Healdsburg. His passion for youth engagement took shape early in his career as a School Resource Officer, where he partnered closely with the Boys & Girls Club to create positive pathways for local kids. He has continued this dedication through leadership roles, including past service on the Healdsburg Little League Board of Directors. He holds master’s degrees in Law Enforcement Leadership and Criminal Justice Administration and remains dedicated to creating a community where young people and families feel safe, supported, and empowered.
Anton Fok

Anton, a Petaluma native, recently returned to his hometown with his wife and young son after spending over a decade abroad leading teams and forging strategic partnerships at high-growth tech companies. He serves as a Sales Director at Liftoff, an advertising technology firm. As a former member of the Boys & Girls Club on the west side of Petaluma, Anton is honored to support an organization that helped shape his childhood. Now, as a parent to a McNear Elementary School student who attends the Club daily, it feels especially meaningful to give back.
Celia King

Celia aporta 25 años de experiencia en el sector bancario, y actualmente es Vicepresidenta de Préstamos Comerciales en Poppy Bank, donde se especializa en préstamos comerciales. Sus puntos fuertes incluyen el desarrollo de negocios, gestión de relaciones, análisis financiero y bienes raíces comerciales. Con una licenciatura en Administración de Empresas / Contabilidad de la Universidad Dominicana, Celia es un apasionado de devolver a su comunidad, en particular mediante la potenciación de los jóvenes. Desde que se unió a Boys & Girls Clubs de Sonoma-Marin en 2021, se ha dedicado a aprovechar su perspicacia financiera para apoyar la misión de la organización y tener un impacto duradero en las generaciones futuras.
Cory McCormick

Cory ha pasado 25 años construyendo proyectos comerciales en San Francisco, Berkeley y el condado de Sonoma, pero es su pasión por el servicio a la comunidad lo que le llevó a Boys & Girls Clubs. Tiene una licenciatura en Gestión de la Construcción de la Universidad Estatal de California, Chico, y le gusta entrenar y ser mentor de jóvenes. Cuando no está trabajando o de voluntariado, Cory le encanta esquiar y pasar tiempo al aire libre con su familia. Él es un anciano en la Iglesia Cove, y como miembro de la Junta Boys & Girls Clubs, que está emocionado de ayudar a crear oportunidades para los niños locales para prosperar.
Griffin Mitchell

Griffin is a Sonoma County native and proud former member of a Boys & Girls Club after-school program. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Chico and Master of Accounting degree from University of California, Davis. He began his career as a CPA with PwC in San Francisco, where he worked with large asset managers and private wine clients, before joining Deloitte’s M&A practice in New York City, specializing in consumer packaged goods. Today, he serves as a Vice President at Azur Associates, a specialized advisory firm providing M&A and strategic advisory services to the wine industry.
Having benefited firsthand from Boys & Girls Club as a child, Griffin is passionate about supporting the organization’s mission and giving back to his community. He is honored to be involved with Boys & Girls Clubs of Sonoma-Marin and the meaningful impact it creates for local youth and families.
Jennifer Weiss, Directora General

Jennifer has over 30 years of executive leadership experience with Boys & Girls Clubs in Sonoma, Marin and San Francisco Counties. Jennifer has a master's degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida. She is passionate about leading with high expectations of excellence and maximizing every opportunity to change the lives of community youth. Jennifer has grown our organization from 3 locations to 40, from serving 300 youth annually to over 10,000. Additionally, Jennifer has been a marketing leader at Gap, Inc. and an executive in Sales and Marketing for Shea Homes. Jennifer has served on many boards and is currently a proud member of the Community First Credit Union board of directors.
Maren McCloud

Maren brings over 20 years of experience in banking, helping individuals and families reach their financial goals. As a Business Strategies and Initiatives Manager at Bank of America, she focuses on improving processes for clients and internal teams. A graduate of the University of Colorado with a BA in Communications, Maren is passionate about youth development and leads a professional development program for emerging talent. She is deeply committed to the Boys & Girls Club mission to empower young people and volunteers extensively in her community. Outside of work, Maren enjoys hiking and exploring the outdoors with her family.
Michelle Durgy

Michelle cuenta con más de 25 años de experiencia en gestión de inversiones y estrategias de emisión de deuda. Como socia de KCM Investment Advisors, anteriormente fue Directora de Inversiones de la Ciudad y el Condado de San Francisco. Michelle es miembro del Consejo Asesor del Índice Mundial de Sostenibilidad de las Naciones Unidas y posee un máster en Políticas Públicas por la Universidad del Sur de California y una licenciatura por la Universidad de California, Irvine. Michelle conoció los Boys & Girls Clubs y se sintió inspirada para formar parte de nuestra Junta en el Crab Feed anual, donde quedó profundamente conmovida por el impacto en los niños de la zona. Desde entonces se ha dedicado a servir a los jóvenes de los condados de Sonoma y Marin.
Parke Hafner*

Parke lleva más de 40 años viviendo en el condado de Sonoma, donde ha criado a su familia mientras trabajaba en el viñedo y la bodega de su familia. Devolver a la comunidad ha sido siempre un valor fundamental, y Parke ha estado involucrado con Boys & Girls Clubs desde principios de la década de 2000. Su dedicación a ayudar a que el Club de Healdsburg prospere le llevó a formar parte de la Junta, donde sigue concienciando y aportando recursos para apoyar a la próxima generación de jóvenes locales.
Scott Johnson

With over 35 years in financial services, Scott brings a wealth of leadership experience to his role as CEO of Community First Credit Union, a locally rooted banking organization serving seven Northern California counties. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Hobart & William Smith Colleges and went on to complete his MBA at the University of California, Irvine. Driven by a strong sense of community, Scott became involved with Boys & Girls Clubs to help create meaningful opportunities for local youth. He remains passionate about making a lasting, positive impact in the lives of the children and families the Club supports.
Tom Carollo

Tom has 25 years of clinical experience in medicine, including 16 years as a physician serving the North Bay with Kaiser Permanente. He relocated to Santa Rosa for that opportunity after attending college and medical school at Emory University and completing residency training programs at the University of Colorado and the University of Washington. Tom and his partner gratefully made this community their home and are proudly raising their teenage daughters here. Tom brings years of leadership experience with The Permanente Medical Group to the Boys & Girls Club, including his current position as Chief of the Department of Psychiatry. Tom is familiar with the mental health challenges of our community, including its youth. And he looks forward to bringing that expertise to the Boys & Girls Club. Outside work, Tom enjoys time spent with his family and their 2 dogs, traveling the world, skiing in Tahoe and introducing his daughters to scuba diving.

Nuestro servicio como miembros de la Junta Directiva es una rica forma de filantropía. No sólo aportamos generosamente nuestros recursos financieros, sino que también invertimos nuestro tiempo y nuestras relaciones empresariales y personales para seguir mejorando la vida de los jóvenes.
A diferencia de muchos consejos, no medimos nuestra participación por el número de horas o de comités, ni siquiera específicamente por la cantidad de dólares recaudados, sino por el impacto global y a largo plazo de nuestro tiempo y recursos invertidos.
Nos apasiona la juventud y creemos específicamente que invertir en la misión de Boys & Girls Clubs, su personal y sus programas es la inversión más inteligente que podemos hacer para influir en el futuro de nuestras comunidades. Nuestro servicio al Club es nuestro compromiso voluntario más significativo y sin duda se encuentra entre nuestras 3 relaciones de voluntariado más importantes.
