  •  Jennifer Weiss - Directora General

    Jennifer has over 30 years of executive leadership experience with Boys & Girls Clubs in Sonoma, Marin and San Francisco Counties. Jennifer has a master's degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida. She is passionate about leading with high expectations of excellence and maximizing every opportunity to change the lives of community youth. Joining as our CEO in 2008, Jennifer has grown our organization from 3 locations to 40, from serving 300 youth annually to over 11,000. Additionally, Jennifer has been a marketing leader at Gap, Inc. and an executive in Sales and Marketing for Shea Homes. Jennifer has served on many boards and is currently a proud member of the Community First Credit Union board of directors.

     

  • Michelle has worked to make Sonoma County a better place since 2008. Raised in one of Nashville’s most under-resourced neighborhoods, she earned a scholarship to The University of Memphis and later completed a Master’s Degree in Organization Development.

    Since joining our organization in 2011, Michelle has been a passionate advocate for youth—raising vital funds, building strategic partnerships, and expanding access to high-quality programs. Her leadership extends beyond our walls: she influences policy and practice at the local, state, and national levels, and mentors emerging leaders across the Boys & Girls Club movement.

    Michelle also serves as Board Chair for the Santa Rosa Metro Chamber, helping drive economic opportunity and community progress across the region.

  • Evan is a passionate advocate for children and families. Over the past 15 years, while raising her family in Sonoma County, Evan has taught English for Multilingual Students at Santa Rosa Junior College, published a children’s book, and served as Chair of the Board of Trustees for The Healdsburg School. She holds a master’s degree in Public Policy from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree from University of California, Davis. Evan is deeply committed to using good governance to drive lasting, transformative change in organizations.

  • Jason ha estado con Boys & Girls Clubs desde 1990 después de mudarse de Los Ángeles para asistir a la Universidad Estatal de Sonoma, donde obtuvo una licenciatura en Sociología y Justicia Penal. Con 17 años de experiencia como CEO de Boys & Girls Clubs, Jason ha regresado para ayudar a fortalecer las conexiones con los partidarios y desarrollar nuevas asociaciones en Petaluma y el condado de Marin. Su pasión es crear oportunidades para los jóvenes y garantizar el éxito de la misión de la organización. 

  • Dana brings over 35 years of experience in youth development, operations, and executive leadership across Marin and Sonoma Counties. A graduate of Sonoma State University with a degree in Liberal Studies, Dana began her career at the YMCA of San Francisco – Marin Branch. She is passionate about creating safe, fun, and inspiring environments for youth, with a strong focus on educational support, skill-building, and the power of laughter. Dana is committed to working closely with her leadership team to ensure every Club Member thrives.

  • A proud Sonoma County native, Megan’s journey with Boys & Girls Clubs began in 1993 as a young member at the Lucchesi Park Clubhouse in Petaluma. After graduating high school, she returned to the Club as a team member, dedicating seven years to direct service with youth. In 2014, Megan transitioned to the Human Resources team, where she now leverages her frontline experience to support and advocate for staff across the organization.

    Deeply connected to the mission of Boys & Girls Clubs, Megan is passionate about creating a positive, efficient and inclusive work environment that empowers those who serve young people every day. She holds a degree in Social and Behavioral Science and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
